During her participation in the discussion on “The Value of the Generational Legacy” at the Mercado Power Women Summit 2023, the businesswoman expressed that “A legacy is not only tripling the profits of the company, but it is also multiplying the purpose, the message, a legacy is a feeling of values, thoughts and a coherent way of acting.”
Bonetti indicated that the world and the way of doing business are changing, but “what does not change is integrity, that moral and ethical part and those thoughts that you not only work for yourself but for everyone else.” She added that the important thing is teamwork, and that her president’s ability is measured by being able to unite them to work together for the objectives.
